Studio Practices and Policies
Handcrafted Nature
All items in this studio are handmade. Because they are created by real hands, real tools, and machines depending on the material, they may carry small imperfections, including natural, manmade, or machine made. These marks of individuality are part of the charm and character of true handcrafted work.
Personalized Creations
Most creations in this studio are personalized and crafted specifically for you. Personalized work involves custom design, custom materials, and custom labor that cannot be reused or resold once begun. All sales are final this includes personalized and premade products.
Personalized items require a 50% non refundable deposit before any physical work begins. This deposit covers the creative labor involved in developing your concept, preparing materials, and beginning the design process. Once the design stage starts, time and resources have already been invested into your unique piece.
Personalized creations include any item that is made to order, customized with names, dates, colours, themes, or specific design requests. This also includes items that require special materials, custom sizing, or unique artwork created just for you.
Because personalized pieces are built around your vision, they cannot be altered once certain stages are approved. Each approval you provide confirms that the project is moving forward exactly as requested, and your approval at each stage is considered acceptance of the final piece.
Premade items follow different timelines and do not require a deposit, but they are also final sale due to the nature of handcrafted work and the materials used.
Creation and Shipping Timelines
Special orders require 2 to 3 weeks during off peak times, longer during Christmas and major holidays. Shipping may take 1 to 3 weeks depending on your location in the world.
Premade items ship sooner.
Communication and Approvals
Communication is an important part of the magic. Throughout the process you will be shown updates, details, and previews.
Your approval at each stage is considered acceptance of the final piece.
Any changes requested after a stage has been approved may require additional time or cost.
Inactive Orders
If communication pauses for an extended period, the project may be delayed, and after a certain point the studio may consider the order inactive and cancelled.
Kindness and Conduct
This space is meant to feel kind, respectful, and welcoming. Messages rooted in harm, bullying, or disrespect simply dissolve into the ether and will not be returned.
If harmful or disrespectful communication continues, the order will be cancelled. Any deposits made will not be refunded.
Only good energy, bright intentions, and gentle creativity are welcomed here.
