This section shares how your handmade treasures travel from my little studio to you, with clear guidance and a touch of studio magic.
Shipping
Shipping varies based on the item, its size, weight, and the materials used. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for special orders to be created, and prepare for 1 to 3 weeks for your shipment to arrive depending on where you are in the world. Premade items will ship sooner. Each piece is packaged with care and sent out as safely as possible. Before any item is shipped or picked up, the final piece will be shown to you so you can see the completed work before it leaves the studio.
**This is Rex, our shipping supervisor. He takes his role very seriously, offering sniff inspections, nubby tail‑wag blessings, and the occasional soulful stare to ensure every order leaves the studio with good energy. He oversees all things shipping with great pride… but he does not come with your order, no matter how much he tries to climb into the boxes.**
Pick up
You’re welcome to pick up your order right from my little studio, where every parcel is prepared with care. If you prefer a face‑to‑face moment, I’m always happy to meet you at the door, hand your piece to you, and share a small chat before you head on your way.
For those working late or unusual hours, after‑hours pickup is available. You’ll find a green bin with a beige lid on my deck — come up the stairs, open the gate, and it will be on the left side near the door. If you’re paying in cash, you can leave it safely in the bin. This option keeps things gentle for night shifters and early risers while still making sure your handmade piece is waiting for you with care.

Delivery
For neighbours within 10 km of my little workshop on Harmony Street, I offer hand‑to‑door delivery with a $5 delivery fee.
For neighbours up to 20 km from my little workshop on Harmony Street, I offer hand‑to‑door delivery with a $10 delivery.
I will never leave your order at your door unless you ask me to in the notes. Delivery is arranged for an agreed upon date and time, and will be made at my earliest convenience. If someone else will be receiving your parcel, please place their name in the delivery notes so I know whose hands to place it into.
